No belts, chains or gears to maintain, resulting in in high reliability and low maintenance. Hydraulic tine drive provides shock absorbing action in hard or rocky ground. Pressure relief valves prevent damage when tines or wheels are blocked.Tines automatically stop when wheels are in reverse. A safety clutch on the handlebar prevents accidental injury.
A heavy-duty dirt shield prevents wire, string and dirt from damaging the hydraulic tine motor seal. Fingertip controls offer infinitely variable ground speeds forward and reverse for operating ease. Wheels operate independently of tines, allowing the operator to easily match the wheel speed to soil conditions.
